APHB to auction plots, flats
The Andhra Pradesh Housing Board (APHB) has announced the auction of eight properties that include plots, flats and an independent house in Kukatpally Housing Board (KPHB) colony. The auction is to be held on August 22 and the last date for depositing sealed tenders with the APHB Executive Engineer's Office at KPHB colony is August 21. The flats being put under hammer are located at Phase III and IV while the plots are at Phase V, VII and IX. Some plots have been described as being irregular in shape and not in agreement with Vaastu. A house at LIG built on 88 sq.yds has the Board proposing an upset price of Rs. 20 lakhs. The proposed upset price for plots range between Rs.12,000 to Rs.20,000 per sq.yd. while that of a commercial plot is Rs.30,000.
